| My husband and I found Verbena's to be a cute and delightful shop until we encountered the wretched blonde lady who works at, or owns Verbena's. We were ignored from the moment we walked in, as this woman was to busy with what sounded like a personal phone call. However, she managed to quickly end the call when an "older" woman walked in, and offered her help with purchasing a $16.00 hand creme, while my husband had about $70.00 worth of merchandise in his hands. The shop owner then proceeded to check the new customer out, even though we had been standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to pay. Both my husband and I are both 30 something professionals from Atlanta, and have never been treated with such rudeness. I hope it was worth the $16.00 sale! Great Job! |
