I just loved your business tactics. You are the best candle lady I have ever met. YOu really know a lot about your business, scents, products and are a real people person. Thank you for the wonderful experience today. I will tell my boss about you, and possibly have a great business lead for you as we do corporate gifts for the holidays.

I have been shopping at this store for over 5 years. It's such a great store with just about anything you could want for your home, or really for yourself - except clothes. The owners/staff are the best - they are the epitome of 'service with a smile'. Love them!

on Verbena's
My husband and I found Verbena's to be a cute and delightful shop until we encountered the wretched blonde lady who works at, or owns Verbena's. We were ignored from the moment we walked in, as this woman was to busy with what sounded like a personal phone call. However, she managed to quickly end the call when an "older" woman walked in, and offered her help with purchasing a $16.00 hand creme, while my husband had about $70.00 worth of merchandise in his hands. The shop owner then proceeded to check the new customer out, even though we had been standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to pay. Both my husband and I are both 30 something professionals from Atlanta, and have never been treated with such rudeness. I hope it was worth the $16.00 sale! Great Job!

We purchased two sets of sheets from this store based on their recommendations and really love them. We wanted some very crisp sheeting like you find in a good hotel, and they had several options. What's neat is that they seem to use a lot of their products and can tell you the different qualities, which is good to know when buying expensive sheets. They also have some wonderful towels that we will be getting next. I wish they had all the products in stock, but their is just so much selection I can see why they don't.
